Child Adolescent School Health Program
The Child Adolescent School Health Program the health and well being of Utah's children from birth and 21 years of age.

Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
CHIP is Utah's Children's Health Insurance Program. CHIP provides health insurance for Utah children up to age 19 who don't have health insurance and qualify based on income and family size. You must apply during an Open Enrollment period.

March of Dimes
