Anyone in Utah can call Baby Your Baby. It doesn't matter whether or not you qualify for financial assistance, you can still order Baby Your Baby educational materials and receive helpful information and resources in your area. Baby Your Baby would like every Utah family expecting a baby to have a free Health Keepsake book no matter what their income may be.
The Hotline operators do not have a medical background. It is better to have your health care provider answer your specific medical questions. They can refer your specific health questions on such topics as nutrition or breastfeeding, carseats or immunizations, etc. to an expert at the Utah Department of Health.
The Hotline is open from 8 am to 5 .m Monday through Friday except for state and federal holidays. You can call at other times and leave a message. A Baby Your Baby operator will return your call the next business day.

The staff are Utah Department of Health customer service experts with a wide knowledge of resources available in the state of Utah. If they can't answer your question they will locate the information for you or refer you to someone who can help you.
